  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
     ✔ Unused and in the same condition that you received them
     ✔ In the original packaging (if applicable)
     ✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

3. Return Shipping

  • All returns must be sent back by mail.

  • There are no return shipping fees or restocking fees.

  • We do not provide prepaid labels (unless the item is defective or damaged).

  • You are responsible for securely packaging the product to avoid damage during transit.

 

 

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

 

 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@armaniay.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue

We will replace the product or offer a full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital/downloadable products (eBooks, software, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

 

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
